Crisis Depot Repair Service Center provides repairs, exchanges, chassis refurbishment, whole unit repairs, equipment rental/leasing spares, field service kits and equipment sales for Hewlett Packard (HP), Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and Apollo workstations.. We will repair and return your equipment in a workmanship-like manner and keep you informed of any discoveries or additional charges before proceeding. Normal turnaround time for repairs is five (5) working days from receipt of your equipment, subject to parts availability. Call or fax us your particulars. Board-level repairs are warranted for one year; mechanical devices, ninety days. Warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and material used in the repair, and is effective from the date of original return shipment. Exchanges are filled on an as-available basis. Your defective item must be returned to Crisis within seven (7) days of receipt of exchange. Returns must be repairable and of sufficient revision/etch to be upgradable to the level of the item supplied. Otherwise, additional charges may apply. Repair pricing does not apply to items with missing parts, physical or electrical damage or modifications. Crisis reserves the right to return such items unrepaired. All prices are flat rate, provided failed parts are in an as-failed condition. Items such as CRTs, ROMs, PROMs and custom processors may require additional charges. Your approval is required for us to proceed with repairs. Prices, products and services subject to change without notice. Crisis pays return surface freight within the continental United States for boards only. Otherwise shipments are FOB, San Jose. Ship your equipment to: Crisis Service Center, 2240 Quimby Road, San Jose CA 95122. Be sure your shipping containers - especially for large items like CPUs, drives and CRTs - are suitable for return shipment. If they aren't, additional charges may apply for replacement packaging. Include a copy of your purchase order or other authorization. Crisis will not be liable for damages resulting from loss of data, profits, use of products or for incidental and/or consequential damages. |
